So frustrated with @Verizon at this point, it'll be easier and faster to cancel all lines and switch companies. Crap customer service and after 2 hours of zero help from their cs rep, the chat disconnected! Apparently cs is only for new customers not those loyal for 15+ years!

helped a customer who I noticed was using mint as their carrier and I asked how the service is and they replied āwell they donāt murder innocent babies like Verizon doesā ok cool thanks boss

After 25 years of being a loyal customer of Verizon, I plan to leave. Here are just two reasons: 1) Customer service is lacking in resolving issues. 2) after having bad service for over a year Verizon finally suggested a network extender - it didn't work. @Verizon @hansvestberg

@VerizonSupport I would like to get a redemption code so that I can transfer my billing to Verizon for YT TV. Vrzn signed me up for it since I had trouble signing up myself. And I never received the code. I have now contacted YT twice and they told me its a Verizon problem
