@AsurionCares Can never speak with human, so posting. Pay 50 insurance per month, but have no estimate on replacement of my son's phone, which he desperately needs at college. Just message phone on back order, but the Verizon stores near me have phone, if I pay. @Verizon #samsung

@hsimon62 you'd think that Spectrum or Verizon would pay more attention to their customers, especially ones that have the reach like you do. I recommend DirecTV Stream. Also, I can help you pay less and get faster internet speed with whoever you have. DM me and I can answer questions

So frustrated with @Verizon at this point, it'll be easier and faster to cancel all lines and switch companies. Crap customer service and after 2 hours of zero help from their cs rep, the chat disconnected! Apparently cs is only for new customers not those loyal for 15+ years!

helped a customer who I noticed was using mint as their carrier and I asked how the service is and they replied “well they don’t murder innocent babies like Verizon does” ok cool thanks boss

After 25 years of being a loyal customer of Verizon, I plan to leave. Here are just two reasons: 1) Customer service is lacking in resolving issues. 2) after having bad service for over a year Verizon finally suggested a network extender - it didn't work. @Verizon @hansvestberg
