@MichelCombes @sprint Michael. Sprint has been fair to me. However, I had a work phone with Verizon service. At nearly every turn at any location around the country, Verizon has been faster, stronger over Sprint. In many cases Sprint never booted up, while Verizon bailed me out with great service.

Looked at @VZWSupport’s plans earlier and for 2 lines (without a phone) it’s a whopping 140 dollars (plus taxes and fees)!!! We pay 100 taxes and fees included with @TMobile and we actually get decent service. So no thanks Verizon, i’ll stick with your FiOS

Seriously, @verizon do us all a favor: do not use @UPS . Their customer service sucks. I just spent 15 minutes trying to tell their automated system my tracking number yet their sophisticated system is unable to understand my voice & there is no other option to talk to an agent🤬

@MJonTravel I’ve had it for 5 years. Switched my wife and kids over from Verizon 2 years ago. I’m quite happy with the service, though I do have google Fi for international because t-mobile was too slow for my needs.

So frustrated with @Verizon at this point, it'll be easier and faster to cancel all lines and switch companies. Crap customer service and after 2 hours of zero help from their cs rep, the chat disconnected! Apparently cs is only for new customers not those loyal for 15+ years!

After 25 years of being a loyal customer of Verizon, I plan to leave. Here are just two reasons: 1) Customer service is lacking in resolving issues. 2) after having bad service for over a year Verizon finally suggested a network extender - it didn't work. @Verizon @hansvestberg
