Why is my dryer blowing cold air?
One of the most common reasons your tumble dryer decides to blow out cold air instead of hot is, rather ironically, because it has overheated. Manufacturers have a legal requirement to ensure that when your dryer gets too hot there is some form of control in place to prevent it catching fire.
Common reasons for an electric or gas dryer not heating are a tripped circuit breaker, a clogged vent, and no gas flow. Other potential reasons include a faulty thermal fuse and a broken heating element.

Dryer vent is clogged
To check if your venting is clogged, start a timed dry on high heat. Go to the exhaust vent outside and use your hand to verify that the air is very warm and exiting at a decent flow. If there's little airflow, your venting likely needs to be cleaned or replaced.
If your dryer doesn't have a reset button, it won't be as simple as cleaning it out after the fuse has tripped – you will need to replace its heating elements to get it working again. Opening the door mid-cycle or too soon after the load has finished. After a spin, tumble dryers need a cooling down period.
Dryer Not Heating
One of the most common issues reported with Samsung dryers is that the dryer is not heating. This issue with Samsung dryers is usually caused by a burnt-out heating element. However, it may also be caused by a blown thermal fuse, a defective thermistor, or a ventilation blockage.
In some dryers, it simply shuts off electricity to the heating element. This means a dryer will run, but it will only air-dry clothing. In other models, the thermal fuse stops power completely. This means your dryer will not even try to work.
How to tell if a thermal fuse has blown? To test if your thermal fuse has blown, touch the right side of your multimeter lead to the right side of the fuse, and repeat with the left multimeter lead. If the multimeter needle fails to move, this indicates the thermal fuse has blown.
Your Dryer's Auto-Shutoff Kicks In
This safety measure will shut off your dryer mid-cycle if it's trapping excess heat and moisture. Trapped heat could be a sign of a blockage in the vent line. A blocked vent is a serious risk for house fires and should be dealt with immediately.

Thermostat Issues
Your high-limit thermostat might be a thermal fuse. This fuse can burn open, causing the dryer to blow cold instead of hot air. These fuses can not be reset. You'll have to replace it.
