How do I get a copy of a statement?
While you are enrolled in online statements, you can view, save and print any statement for approximately seven years after it becomes available. If you are currently enrolled but would like to request a paper statement copy be sent via U.S. Mail, log in to Online Banking and select Services from the Customer Service menu. Then choose Order Statements & Check Copies under the Account Services heading and follow the page instructions.
There is a fee of $5 for each statement or check copy you order. You can also request a copy by visiting your local branch.
